Early Recovery (Weeks 6–8 Postpartum)

Goal: reduce fluid retention, stimulate lymphatics, improve circulation. 2 x 30 minute sessions per week recommended for 4-6 weeks. Areas treated:

•Abdomen (very gentle)

• Flanks

• Lower back

• Lymphatic pathways

• Inner thighs

• Glutes
